And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Though I walk through the valley
Of darkness and death I will not fear any evil
Though the snare is on my left
And the pit is on my right
Jesus leads me up to higher ground
Lead me down the path of righteousness
Looking not to right or left but looking upward
‘til I see the light of Christ
And as I walk each day
Down the straight and narrow way
You see Jesus leading me
He brings me to the waters he restoreth my soul
And I will enter into his rest
I keep on pressing on toward that higher way
That I may dwell with the Lord forever
