Oh that there were such a heart in them
That they would fear Me
And keep all My commandments always
That it might be well with them
And with their children forever

Ye shall walk in all the ways
Which the Lord your God hath commanded you
That ye may live
And that it may be well with you
That ye may prolong your days
In the land which ye shall possess

Deut 6:1-6

Ó, kéž by měli takové srdce,
že by se mě báli
a dodržovali všechna přikázání má.
Aby dobře bylo jim
i jejich dětem navěky.
Ó, kéž by měli takové srdce.

Budete chodit po všech cestách,
po kterých vám Hospodin, váš Bůh, přikázal.
Abyste žili
a bylo vám dobře,
abyste prodloužili svoje dny
v zemi, která vám bude patřit.
Ó, kéž by měli takové srdce.
